About

        Amy Borgmann, Broker/Owner

Borgmann Realty was started by my father, Kenneth Borgmann, in 1976 out of our home in New Palestine. Shortly after that, my mother, Pat, and I got our Realtor licenses to join him in our new family business. Dad’s focus was on developing subdivisions in Hancock County and working in commercial real estate during the 1980’s. Around that time I tried stepping away from the family business to pursue a career in the corporate world. In 1995, I decided to return to real estate and was quickly back in business with my parents to fill in the missing residential aspect to our firm. I received my Broker license in 2007, when Dad and Mom semi-retired. I continued to expand my real estate experience to include services in Property Management, 1031 Exchange Properties, and Commercial Real Estate.  Kenneth passed away from cancer in 2019 at the age of 91. I am currently focusing on property development and management of our commercial and residential properties.
