Beginning January 1, 2015 as part of the Indianapolis Landlord Registration Program, all owners or landlords of rental units in Marion County will be required to register the properties with the City of Indianapolis Department of Code Enforcement (DCE). A new online registration site is now operational and landlords have until March 31, 2015 to register. Anyone failing to register by March 31, 2015 could be subject to a fine.
